Software Engineer: AI & automation | web

I help business owners save time and money.

I'm Ayo. I'm a software engineer. I build AI tools and online systems that help both product and service based business owners grow efficiently while saving time and money.

I build the system. You own it.

The problem

Your business is succeeding you into the ground. Everything has to go through you. You run a service business, and it works. People depend on it. But your time disappears into jobs done by hand and chasing people for updates. Your money leaks out through mistakes, slow work and a weak start for new customers. Your growth stalls, because nothing grows with you and you have no numbers to decide with. The stress builds with missed deadlines and no clear view of what is going on. And your sanity goes, one bad day and one complaint at a time.

A day before the system

To do today 1 of 8
  1. You check your phone. 45 unread emails.

    6:30am
  2. A short team meeting runs an hour because nothing is clear.

    9:00am
  3. Lunch at your desk, building a report by hand.

    12:00pm
  4. A sales call with someone who got in touch yesterday. They have already lost interest.

    2:00pm
  5. You chase a team member for an update on a client's work.

    3:30pm
  6. Dinner with your family. Phone on the table.

    7:00pm
  7. Back online to do the work no one else can do.

    9:00pm
  8. Collapse. Repeat.

    11:30pm

The Sanity Quadrant

Every client I take on starts in the same place: successful, and not okay. My goal is to move you up one box, to high success and high sanity.

Quiet lifestyle (Low success, high sanity)

Life is calm and the days are easy. The business pays the bills and not much more, and you are fine keeping it small.

After working with me

Living the dream (High success, high sanity)

The business makes good money and runs without you in the middle. You are home for dinner, you take real holidays, and you spend your time on what matters.

Struggling startup (Low success, low sanity)

You are working all hours and still not making enough. Every day is a fire to put out, and you wonder how long you can keep going.

You start here

Wealthy but drowning (High success, low sanity)

The business makes good money, but you can't switch off. Your phone buzzes at dinner, you answer emails at 11pm, and nothing gets done unless you do it.

Read it like a map. Going across is success, from low to high. Going up is sanity, from low to high.

What I build

I use AI to take the boring, repeat jobs off your plate. Here is what that looks like in real life.

  1. Sound familiar?

A customer asks about your service on Friday evening. You reply on Monday, and they have already hired someone else.

    What I set up

Every new enquiry gets a reply within minutes, even at 9pm. If they go quiet, they get a friendly nudge. They can book a time with you straight from the message.

    What changes for you

No enquiry gets forgotten, and more of them become customers.

  2. Sound familiar?

Your team keeps asking you what to do next, or waits until you chase them.

    What I set up

When a job comes in, it lands with the right person and a due date. They get a reminder before it is due, so you never have to ask.

    What changes for you

Your team gets on with it, and you stop being the one who checks.

  3. Sound familiar?

Every Friday you spend hours copying numbers into a report.

    What I set up

I connect the tools you already use, so one screen shows how the business is doing, always up to date.

    What changes for you

The report is already there. You open it, look, and decide.

  4. Sound familiar?

Customers forget appointments, pay late, or let their contract run out without a word.

    What I set up

Friendly text and email reminders go out on their own, at the right time.

    What changes for you

People turn up, pay on time and renew, with no chasing from you.

  5. Sound familiar?

If you took a week off, things would fall apart, because only you know how anything works.

    What I set up

I write it all down in simple guides, step-by-step pictures and short videos that anyone can follow.

    What changes for you

A new hire can learn the job without you standing next to them.

  6. Sound familiar?

Every time you get busier, the answer is to hire another person.

    What I set up

I set up the repeat work to run by itself, so more customers does not mean more admin.

    What changes for you

    Add clients, not people.

  7. Sound familiar?

You make big decisions on a gut feeling, because the real numbers are scattered or out of date.

    What I set up

Your sales, costs and workload come together in one place, in numbers you can trust.

    What changes for you

You decide with facts, not guesses.

  8. Sound familiar?

Customers quietly drift away, and you only find out when they are gone.

    What I set up

A short check-in goes out after each job, and a reminder before each renewal. If someone is unhappy, you hear about it early.

    What changes for you

Customers stay longer, with no extra work from you.

  9. Sound familiar?

You are not sure if a job made you any money until long after it is finished.

    What I set up

Time and costs are recorded as each job goes along, with no spreadsheet to fill in.

    What changes for you

You price jobs with confidence and know what you really earn.

  10. Sound familiar?

You are tired, and the business cannot run without you.

    What I set up

I take you out of the middle one task at a time, until the business runs without you.

    What changes for you

The business keeps going when you step away.

You, at 5pm

What you're actually buying

  • Sound sleep, because the work gets done overnight
  • One clear screen that points out what needs your attention, instead of burying it
  • New enquiries that get an answer at 9pm, not on Monday
  • A team that can learn the job without you
  • Reports that write themselves
  • A holiday without worry
  • Closing the laptop at 5pm without guilt

How it works

Five steps. About eight weeks until I hand it over, then 30 days of support. It takes 2 to 3 hours a week of your time while I build.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery and audit

We start with a 90-minute call. I list every repeat job in your business, look at the tools you use, and work out where you sit on the Sanity Quadrant. You get a written Sanity Audit Report: what I found, what I would fix, and a fixed price.

From you: Access to your tools, 2 to 3 hours of your time, and honest notes on how things work today.

  2. Week 2

    Design

I draw up a plan, in plain language, for how each job will run by itself. Nothing gets built until you say yes.

From you: Your OK on the plan, and answers on anything that is unclear.

  3. Weeks 3 to 6

    Build

I build it and connect it to the tools you already use, like your email, calendar and customer list. I add the AI parts, such as replies to new enquiries and short report summaries, plus one live screen that shows how the business is doing. I test it against 20 or more real situations before it goes live.

From you: Access to your accounts, and quick answers when I ask (within a day or two).

  4. Weeks 7 to 8

    Train and hand off

A live walkthrough of 2 to 3 hours with your team. Simple guides and step-by-step pictures, a list of common problems and fixes, full admin access handed to you, and a checklist you tick off yourself.

From you: Your team in the room.

  5. 30 days

    Support

If anything breaks, I fix it for free. I also make small tweaks, help by email or Slack, and we check in with a call on day 30.

    From you: Your questions.

You end up with a system you can run without me.

What you walk away with

Eleven things. All yours.

Who this is for

You don't need another tool. You need a system.

This is for you if

You run a business that is doing well, but it still depends on you for everything. You might be a founder, CEO, managing director or owner, the Chief Everything Officer. You have been in business for 5 to 15 years and have 5 to 50 people. You are in Canada, Nigeria or elsewhere.

  • Agencies
  • Consultancies
  • Home services
  • Professional services
  • Healthcare and wellness
  • Coaching
  • Construction and trades
  • Real estate
  • Legal
  • Accounting
  • Marketing
  • Logistics

This is probably not for you if

  • You have fewer than 5 people. It is too early. There is little to automate yet. Do the work by hand for six months, then come back.
  • You have more than 50 people. You need a full team for this. I am one person.
  • You only need a simple DIY fix. A freelancer will serve you better.

If you are not a fit, I will say so, and I will point you to someone who can help.

Why me

I work with you, not for you. If you are not a good fit, I send you to someone else. I will do anything to get you into the high-success, high-sanity box.

  1. Instead of

Doing it yourself with Make or Zapier

Why I am the better call

These tools connect your apps. You don't have time to become an expert in them. I do this for you.

  2. Instead of

    Off-the-shelf software

Why I am the better call

Your business is its own. I build to fit it, not the other way round.

  3. Instead of

    A general virtual assistant

Why I am the better call

An assistant can take on tasks, but can't build the rules and connections between your tools. I can.

  4. Instead of

    A big agency

Why I am the better call

I am affordable and fast, and you deal with me directly, not a junior project manager.

  5. Instead of

    Hiring someone in-house

Why I am the better call

Six months and around $120k on someone who might not work out. I deliver in weeks.

Hiring more people can multiply the mess. A system makes room to grow.

Pricing

Fixed to the work. Not hours. Not your revenue. No commission. If the work changes, the price changes. Nothing else moves it.

We start with the Sanity Audit

The audit has a fixed price. If you sign the build contract within 30 days, I refund the audit fee. If you decide not to go ahead with me, the audit fee is not refunded.

What moves the price

  • How many jobs I set up to run by themselves
  • How many of your tools I connect
  • How smart the AI part needs to be, from simple replies to custom AI helpers
  • How detailed your reports are, from one simple screen to numbers pulled from many places
  • How many people I train, 3 or 20
  • How fast you need it. A rush adds 30 to 50%.

What doesn't

  • Your revenue
  • Your team size
  • Your industry
  • An hourly rate, because I don't charge one
  • Haggling

Questions

What do I get back for this?

Start with what the mess costs you now. See the table above. The price is fixed to the work, not to how much you make.

How much of my time does it take?

2 to 3 hours a week while I build. That covers the kickoff call, signing off the plan, and training.

Will my team actually use it?

I train them and bring them in early, and I change things in small steps. Nothing gets ripped out and replaced overnight.

My business is too unusual for a system.

Good. I build to fit you, not from a template. The system is shaped around your business, not the other way round.

Can't I just hire another assistant?

An assistant can take on tasks, but can't build the rules and connections between your tools. More hands make more mess. A system makes room to grow.

I tried Zapier and it didn't work.

Zapier didn't fail you. Trying to become an automation expert while running a business did. The tool is fine. The hard part is the custom rules, the odd cases, and testing 20 situations before launch. That is a full-time job, and it isn't yours.

I'm not sure the pain is bad enough yet.

Then it isn't. I'll point you to someone else and stay in touch.

What if something breaks after launch?

For 30 days, I fix it for free.
