I'm Ayo Osota, a software engineer in Ontario, Canada. I started as
an architect. The job is the same today: build something people can
live and work in, and make sure it holds up.
I started out drawing and designing real buildings. It was all I ever wanted.
I left the firm I trained at and could not land a client for months. My old Acer laptop, with 4GB of memory, could not run real design software. So I drew in Microsoft Paint. The work was good, but clients lost faith when they heard about Paint.
I planned to earn from code and pay for my dream of architecture. Then it stopped feeling like a backup plan. Both jobs are about building things that work in the real world, under pressure, over time.
I saw new companies ship products with nothing solid underneath. I saw owners buried in manual work, putting out fires all day. Different problems, one cause: no system, no plan, no automation.
I met a former Google software architect and saw it clearly. Designing software is like designing buildings. You plan for how people move and what they need. As an architect I designed buildings. Now I do the same for a business, and the building is the way you work.
Why I do this
I watched too many owners burn out doing every small job
themselves. Chasing leads. Tracking work by hand. Working late
just to keep up.
I know what it is like to look for a way out with little money and
weak tools. And I know there is one: the right systems, automation
and design.
I won't just throw you a tool. I'll build a system that fits the
way you work, clears out what slows you down, and gives you your
time back.

Things I've built
Every website here was built at no charge, in exchange for a place in
my portfolio.

Noolu
A system for running schools and other organisations: people,
groups, invites and sign-ups in one place. I wrote the guide that
shows other software how to connect to it. I also built the
automatic checks that catch a break before users do.
A portfolio website for Rafiq Fehintola, who makes and edits
video.

Claude skills
Skills that teach Claude how I work. One builds websites. Another
builds screens inside an existing product, in that product's own
style. Both are for sale on the skills page.
Turns YouTube football videos into organised notes. It covered 18
videos and pulled out 67 tips on players, sorted by topic and
scored from -3 (avoid) to +3 (strongly back).

PhoneBezel
A building block for web developers that shows any screen inside
an iPhone frame. The frame is measured to the pixel, with rounded
corners, so the content sits properly inside the screen.
